Shipping Policy
Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost: Shipping is free on all U.S. orders — the cost is built into our listed prices, so there's no separate shipping charge at checkout.
Where we ship: We ship within the United States (free) and internationally (calculated rate at checkout, based on destination and package weight).
Packaging: Vintage and antique items are individually wrapped and packed with care appropriate to their age and materials. If a piece requires special handling (glass, ceramics, framed art), we'll note that in the listing.
Damaged in transit: See our Refund Policy for what to do if an item arrives damaged.
